Provide monthly reports on critical production systems uptime as required with the goal of 100% uptime. Perform security audits and usage reports as required. Implement additional IT related projects in a timely manner as needed. Provide monthly detailed work log.

Provide remote assitance via email, phone, screen sharing and remote desktop connection
On-Site Assistance
Provide on-site same day technical support as requested (based on agreed terms if flat-rate rate option is chosen)
